Stack Genius helps you track supplements, build routines, scan supplement barcodes, and review educational supplement information. For app help, account questions, or privacy requests, contact support by email.

Include the email address on your Stack Genius account, your device platform, and a short description of the issue. Do not include sensitive medical details unless they are necessary for your request.

Account deletion and data export

To request account deletion or a copy of your account data, email support@stackgenius.app with either "Account deletion request" or "Data export request" in the subject line.

During launch, deletion and export requests may be handled manually. We may ask you to confirm the account email address before completing the request.

App support

For barcode scanning, supplement search, reminders, subscription, or feedback issues, send the account email, platform, app version, build number, and the steps that led to the issue.
